The objective of the present paper is to examine effect Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) on marshall properties and indirect tensile strength HMA through experimental investigation. A mixture with 0% RAP was used as a control mix evaluate mixes 5%, 10%, 15% RAP. One type brought from Bab Al-moadam’s road in Baghdad for this purpose. testing program included Marshall Indirect Tensile Strength tests. results indicated that bulk density, flow VFA increase increasing percentage RAP, while decreases VTM VMA values. Furthermore, stability changed 10.1 kN to12, 13.6 11.7 10% respectively. reveal inclusion into mixtures increases values ITS test temperature. also produces an temperature susceptibility value. IDT indicate amount new binder needs be added can reduced without significant effects quality produced
